Dutch-based Eurocommercial Properties specializes in the holding and management of business real estate assets. It has succeeded in convincing us to invest in it to the tune of exactly 3.96% of the total portfolio.
EuroCommercial Properties has capitalized 2 billion euros and currently offers a gross dividend yield of 4.70%.
GRAND CITY PROPERTIES: ATTRACTIVE GROWTH
Grand City Properties specializes in the acquisition and management of residential real estate in urban centres in Germany.
This company represents 4.30% of the portfolio and has capitalized 3 billion euros. Though it does not yield more than 1% in dividends each year, it has nevertheless doubled its rate since we acquired it in 2014.
